hunger pangs!

i guess Bumpy is getting bigger! i dont feel the weight as yet etc, but i am maddeningly hungry ALL the time! i am trying not to live by adage "You are eating for 2 people" 'coz all sensible people have told me, this just isnt true! :) its just not advisable to load yourself with ghee and works and put on cartloads of unhealthy weight, especially when you are overweight in the first place!

So here i am still not ready to believe that i get SO hungry! I am still trying to eat normally (obvious but stunning increase in appetite) and eat more of fruits than anything else! But how many fruits can one have?? Have been taking advice from more "experienced" people. Murmura (sukha bhel), sprouts, biscuits have come up as possible solutions. Lets see how it goes. I should call my doc and ask her anyway. I eat and then i am more hungry!

Well, as "experienced" as one can get, :) what I would advice you is to eat whatever you crave for! Fruits and salads are safest bet since they are calorie free and energetic too! Then loads of milk if ur office can offer you some! :)

Well, also talk to ur Doc. Skimmed milk is safe bet. Curds and thin lassi.

Kutchi people carry their lassi to office along with their lunch. So can carry the bottle.

Fruit Juices - with no addition of sugar - are again very good. ACTIVE brand has good variety - even Palak and cucambar juice is there.

So enjoy wide variety of food and fill those pangs for BUMPY.

What a cute name for our grand (son/daughter) to be.
